So naturally, last July (2025) I booked a flight to Oklahoma to be on a reality show. Because why start with something normal like skydiving or public speaking when you can just sign up for emotional whiplash on camera? 

- Did I know what I was walking into? Nope!
- Was I fully recovered from brain surgery? Nope!
- Did I pack 20 outfits for 11 days and stress-chug caffeine for 2 weeks? Yep!

But here's the thing, growth doesn’t come from comfort zones. It comes from sweat, nerves, and rolling your carry-on into chaos with confidence (and maybe a backup pair of panties ).

So this is your sign:
Scare yourself a little. Or a lot.
